- I know I only get in motion when I have to and I can see that the change might solve “enough” of my problems. I do resist change. And because I do resist change, I may see resistance everywhere, landing myself in a self-fulfilling prophecy: I will be solving other problems than the problems the organization needs to solve and I may not be able to distinguish constructive feedback from defensive remarks. Utter confusion and no facilitation possible.
